Kyle is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who received his BA in Psychology from Colby College and Master’s degree in mental health counseling and sport psychology from Boston University. Before joining MPC, Kyle worked in residential treatment providing short-term, intermediate, and long-term care through individual, group, and family therapy. He appreciates the importance of the therapeutic alliance and uses a collaborative and interactive approach to build a strong relationship with clients. He also incorporates mindfulness and acceptance-based strategies in treatment to help clients pursue a full and meaningful life in the face of unpleasant thoughts and emotions.
