At Family Counseling Associates, our goals are to enhance access to mental health services and to provide quality care with experienced professionals. Family Counseling Associates prioritizes matching prospective clients with a clinician that is a good clinical fit for their counseling needs while also considering availability and insurance.
What to Expect
Step 1: Schedule a 15-minute intake screening phone call with a knowledgeable Intake Coordinator by clicking Become a New Client!
Step 2: An Intake Coordinator will call you at the time of your scheduled intake screening to discuss why you’re reaching out and how we can help!
Although scheduling an intake screening does NOT guarantee an appointment, if FCA’s coordinators are unable to make a match, individuals will be provided a list of other resources!
Current Availability
There are NO later afternoon (2pm or later), evening, or weekend appointments available at this time. Unfortunately, we are no longer able to offer a waitlist. If Family Counseling Associates’ intake coordinators are unable to make a match after the intake screening, individuals will be provided a list containing a variety of local resources.
Starting in August – IMMEDIATE openings in Beverly, MA for medication management services!

- Adults: Current limited daytime availability for adult clients depending on appropriate clinical match!

New Hampshire Offices:

Yes! We offer both in-person and virtual options.
Where are your offices located?
We have physical offices located in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire!
- MA offices are in Andover, Braintree, Burlington, Danvers, Marlborough, & Newburyport.
- NH offices are in Bedford and Exeter.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we accept most major commercial insurances. We are not contracted with MA Medicaid or NH Medicaid at this time.
