Kayleigh is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). Kayleigh received her Associate Of Arts in Psychology from Northern Essex Community College in 2011 and received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire in 2013. Kayleigh later completed her Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Forensic and Correctional Counseling from William James College in 2017. She has a variety of experience in different settings including correctional facilities, outpatient, partial hospitalization programs, and an inpatient setting.

Kayleigh also worked in a research laboratory at the University of New Hampshire that focused on the prevention and intervention of interpersonal violence within the young adult population. Kayleigh primarily specializes in working with adults. Kayleigh believes in establishing mutual trust and respect to create a safe environment for clients to achieve their own therapeutic goals. Kayleigh utilizes many modalities in therapy in order to best fit the needs of her clients, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness strategies. Kayleigh is motivated to address a multitude of needs such as depression, anxiety, trauma and other concerns with compassion and a sprinkle of humor.
