I am a licensed mental health counselor: LMHC as well as a licensed alcohol and drug counselor: LADC-1. I am an active member of the American Counseling Association as well as the Massachusetts Association for Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors, Inc. My therapeutic approach to counseling comes from many different disciplines; with an emphasis on cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing (MI). I value helping those to utilize and develop coping skills to help with past trauma as well as focusing on the daily symptoms that they may be struggling with today.

I believe in meeting people where they are at and building a trusting relationship with my clients to help them move forward to heal, change, and grow in positive ways. I have a wide array of experience in various settings and populations; in both mental health and substance abuse. I am currently focusing on the population of 18+ for individual counseling and couples counseling.
