Laura is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who received her masters of science degree in clinical mental health counseling from Fitchburg State University. She received her bachelor of arts degree in psychology from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.

Laura takes an integrative approach to provide clients the insight and skills to achieve their goals. She is a strength based clinician who utilizes person centered therapy and takes a cognitive behavioral therapeutic approach when working with her clients. She creates a non judgmental and empathetic environment for her clients.

Laura takes a family systems approach when working with families, from helping them meet basic needs to providing interventions that help them reach their goals. She takes a bioecological systems approach when working with high risk children, adolescents and young adults.
