David is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over 8 years experience as a therapist and over 20 years experience in the mental health/human services field. Most recently David worked as a supervisor for the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health (DMH). He believes in a strength based, trauma informed, client driven approach where opportunities can be created from challenges. His philosophy is strongly influenced by the mind/body connection, spirituality and life balance. David has extensive experience supporting and advocating for individuals with severe trauma, grief and loss, developmental disabilities, chronic medical conditions, significant mental health challenges and life crises. He uses a collaborative, positive approach based on empathy and hope.
