Sophie is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. She is a graduate of Springfield College where she earned her master’s degree in social work. She has experience working one on one in an outpatient clinical setting serving children, youth, and adults facing mental health challenges.

Sophie believes in a holistic, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive approach to working with youth and families. She employs a variety of therapeutic techniques based in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), person-centered, and relational approaches.

Sophie believes that individuals themselves are the experts of their own lives and meets clients exactly where they are. She takes joy in her client’s accomplishments and watching individuals build better lives for themselves.
