My name is Olivia and I work out of the FCA Andover office as a member of the Medical Support Staff. I have 10+ years of experience in customer service and 5+ years of office experience/medical administration. I have always had an interest in psychology/mental health and will be finishing school at UMass Lowell with a major in psychology shortly.
