Laura is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a psychotherapist at Family Counseling Associates. She provides individual and family therapy for all age groups using an integrative approach.

Utilizing an integrative approach that incorporates mindfulness techniques, cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, humanistic therapy, and person-centered therapy to provide clients with the insight and skills to achieve their goals. As a strength-based clinician, she fosters a nonjudgmental and empathetic environment where clients can prosper.

Laura received her bachelor’s degree in psychology at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling at Fitchburg State University. Her clinical experience includes 3 years of intensive in-home family therapy. Laura continues to assist clients with the management of ADHD, anger management, crisis (suicidal ideation), grief, OCD, phobias, substance use, trauma, anxiety, depression, family conflict, relationship issues, and stress management.
