Psychotherapist – Andover, MA

Being a therapist who sees her own therapist, I whole-heartedly believe in the importance of not having to go through life’s challenges alone- whether you’re navigating stress, grief, trauma, or major life changes. In Massachusetts and New Hampshire, I have over 7 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Art Therapist.

My eclectic, person-centered approach is rooted in the belief that creativity fosters healing, transforming the struggles to successes in a non judgmental, empowering way. I’m known for blending traditional talk therapy and evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, IMR, WRAP, and Seeking Safety with some imagination and vision to help humans develop healthier coping strategies, reframe their experiences, and ultimately achieve greater self-awareness. Whatever life has in store for you, I aim to find attainable solutions alongside you with compassion and empathy so you can reach your goals and restore a sense of balance to your life.

With a passionate spirit, empathy, and love for learning, I received a Bachelor of Arts in Art Therapy at Emmanuel College and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling; Art Therapy at Lesley University. I have experience providing care to individuals and families in a variety of treatment settings including outpatient care, partial hospital level of care, intensive outpatient programming, and residential settings for older adults and mothers in recovery. Most recently, I’ve supported those who face the challenges of dual diagnosis, substance recovery, and acute mental health symptoms. Currently, I offer outpatient therapy both in office and Telehealth services in Massachusetts. In my spare time, I love a fun DIY project, repurposing thrift finds, spending time outdoors, and quality time with my family and dog.
