Brianna Hall, LICSW
Psychotherapist – Beverly, MA
I am Brianna Hall and I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts. My therapeutic approach is compassionate and client-centered with a deep commitment to building strong, trusting relationships with every individual. Utilizing person-centered therapy, I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of meaningful change.
I help individuals navigate a range of challenges, including anxiety, self-esteem, depression, relationship issues, trauma, grief and personal growth. I utilize a variety of interventions such as acceptance and commitment therapy, person-centered, relational therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused/mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy.
By prioritizing empathy, respect, and authenticity, I strive to create a space where clients feel safe to express themselves without fear of judgment. With a focus on active listening and unconditional positive regard, I work collaboratively with clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
