Briana Tricomi, LMHC
Psychotherapist – Beverly, MA
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Salem State University. My pronouns are she/her/hers.
I offer an integrative and holistic approach to therapy, drawing from Person-Centered, Interpersonal, Cognitive Behavioral, Strength-Based, Mindfulness, and Positive Psychology frameworks.
I aim to create a compassionate, non-judgmental space where individuals feel seen, accepted, and empowered to explore their experiences and inner world. Each person brings their own unique histories, cultures, complexities and ways of being into the room, and I strive to honor, respect and hold space for every part of a person’s whole.
I believe you are the expert of your own story—and that you hold the strength and wisdom needed to create meaningful change. My role is to walk alongside you with curiosity and care, as we explore your experiences, build insight, and deepen your connection to yourself.
I specialize in working with adults and transitional-aged individuals (18–29) navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar and psychotic disorders, eating disorders, life transitions, and self-discovery. I’m especially passionate about supporting members of the LGBTQIA+ community and those facing self-injury or suicidal thoughts.
Above all, I hope to offer a safe and supportive space where you feel empowered to grow, heal, and move toward a life aligned with who you truly are.
