My name is Susan. I am a dedicated and compassionate clinician with over 16 years of experience in the social work field. I obtained my Master’s in Social Work from Salem State University and a Bachelor’s in Family Studies, Child Advocacy, and Family Policy from the University of New Hampshire.

Throughout my career, I have specialized in working with children, adolescents, and families navigating complex challenges such as trauma, loss, abuse, neglect, and significant life transitions. I am highly knowledgeable in the foster care and adoption process. I provide support for a wide range of mental health needs including anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem issues, trauma-related disorders, grief, and family stressors.

My therapeutic approach is strength-based and solution-focused. I integrate a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Expressive Therapy, Play Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Bibliotherapy. I am committed to creating a safe and supportive environment for clients of all ages and backgrounds.
