Cecilia Fernandez-Hall, PhD
Psychologist – Andover, MA
I am a licensed psychologist specializing in mindfulness-based psychotherapy. I also utilize cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and supportive treatment modalities. I work primarily with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, low self-esteem, and adjustment issues often related to relationships, acute and chronic medical conditions, grief/loss, and life transitions.
I bring compassion, curiosity, and humor to my work. I offer guidance and support to build skills/resources and access emotional resilience to deal with difficult emotions and promote personal growth, connection, and healing. In psychotherapy, I focus on the strengths and needs of each individual and truly enjoy working in a collaborative relationship.
