Shannon is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). She works collaboratively with clients to identify and overcome barriers to well-being in a safe and supportive environment. Shannon strives to help people through a warm, non-directive, strength-based therapeutic approach focused on increasing insight, self-awareness, communication and relational skills. She believes in a person-centered, trauma-informed approach and utilizes CBT, DBT, Narrative, Psychodynamic, Motivational Interviewing, Internal Family Systems and Mindfulness therapies. Shannon has experience working with individuals of all ages who struggle with a wide range of challenges including anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, and self-esteem.
