Ryan is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who received his BA in Psychology at Bates College and his BSN and MSN from the MGH Institute of Health Professions. Ryan brings over twelve years of experience in the mental health field, six of which have been as an advanced practice nurse. He has worked with adolescents (ages 13+), adults, and elders toward a common goal of better health, and believes that the best success occurs when everyone – the individual and all providers – work together. He has worked with individuals with a variety of concerns, including problems with mood, anxiety, sleep, concentration (including ADHD), substance use, and perinatal mental health.

Ryan has also worked with individuals struggling with psychiatric medication management in the context of other medical concerns (such as chronic pain, diabetes, cancer, obesity, etc).
