Kristina Ryan is a licensed mental health clinician focusing on life stressors, anxiety, and major mental illness in older adolescents and adults. Kristina completed her master’s program at Boston College.

She spent time at St. Elizabeth’s and Spectrum treating co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders in both inpatient and outpatient settings. For the past 6 years, Kristina has worked in local emergency departments providing emergency psychiatric consultation, evaluation, and treatment of a variety of mental health concerns.

Kristina is well versed in local resources and crisis stabilization.  Whether you are looking for goal-directed CBT treatment or are more interested in nonjudgmental listening, Kristina is happy to provide that support.
