Joshua Tracy, LMFT
Psychotherapist – Burlington, MA
Josh got started in the mental health field in 2009 at Kitsap Mental Health Services in Bremerton, WA where his experience included managing clients with severe mental health disorders, advocating for client rights and helping families improve their family interactions. After earning his Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy at Seattle Pacific University in 2013, Josh moved to California where he worked as a therapist at a community mental health clinic in a small town called Sonora. Next he moved out to the Boston area with his family where he had the privilege of joining an incredible team at Riverside Community Care doing in-home family therapy. A short time later he passed the licensing exam and partnered with a psychologist and mental health counselor in Lexington, MA at Hope Psychological Services. His experience there further provided him the clinical and business skills needed to start his private practice.
Josh loves counseling all different types of couples, individuals and families through challenging situations and hopes he can help them utilize their strengths to achieve the best relationships possible. “I absolutely love what I do and deeply care about our experience as humans here on earth. My goal is to facilitate sessions that allow my clients to thrive in all situations. I am also a firm believer in creating achievable goals in order to build confidence which is a fundamental element necessary for change”
Josh is a member of the American Association for Marriage & Family Therapy.
