Hope Rosales, LICSW

Psychotherapist – Burlington, MA

Hope is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) who specializes in individual therapy with adolescents and young adults of all genders. Hope prioritizes creating a safe environment individualized for each client built upon healthy boundaries, warmth, empathy, and trust. She believes the therapist-client relationship is a vital foundation for exploration and positive change in therapy. On top of traditional talk therapy, Hope enjoys incorporating art, writing, humor, and activities into therapy when clinically appropriate. She strongly believes each client is the expert on their life and likes exploring how systems, cultural norms, and individual identities and beliefs interact to impact one’s overall health.

In utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches, Hope often draws upon Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Liberation Health, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Family Based Treatment (FBT), and Solution-Focused models. She believes therapy should be collaborative, challenging, and fun– and does not believe there is a one-size-fits-all model for this process.
