Amanda is a warm and relational therapist that utilizes various modalities in treatment including but not limited to, cognitive behavior therapy, play therapy, psychodynamic, family systems, and solution-focused therapy. She has worked with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress management, trauma, grief, anger, self-esteem, and adjustment to life’s changes.

Amanda is a strength-based clinician that utilizes an integrative therapeutic approach. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and young adult clients in a variety of settings; including community mental health, private practice, and educational settings.

Amanda is a Licensed Independent Social Worker. She received her Master’s in Social Work from Simmons University. Amanda has her adjustment counselor licensure. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Worcester State University, where she majored in Elementary Education and Sociology.
