Tracy Lew, LICSW
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker specializing in groups and individual therapy with adolescents 10+, college-age young adults and adults. My counseling approach is a synthesis of theoretical approaches, including: CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, with a strong focus on Solutions Focused Therapy, and mindfulness techniques. My work has primarily focused on anxiety, depression, trauma, and number of other mood and anxiety related disorders.
I received my Bachelor of Science in Health Psychology from MCPHS University and Master of Social Work from Boston College. While receiving my Masters, I concentrated in the area of Older Adults and Families. My past clinical roles include working in outpatient counseling programs, and running mindfulness and DBT skilled groups.
My goal is to provide a safe and trusting environment for your journey of self discovery, the development of your resiliency and self efficacy, and the development of your inner ability to heal and grow.
