Jacquelyn Duford, MA-LCMHC, ATR
I am a Masters level Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Registered Art Therapist (ATR.) I received my degree from Lesley University in Expressive Therapy in 2012 and have since practiced a person-centered, trauma-informed approach to working with individuals. I utilize various treatment modalities including Art Therapy & other Expressive Therapy Techniques, Mindfulness Skills, and Psycho-Social Education. My focus is to provide therapy to adults and adolescents suffering from anxiety, depression, difficult life transitions, stress, and low self-esteem.
I believe that building an authentic therapeutic relationship in which to explore individual goals and needs is essential. Inviting each person to be themself in a warm, non-judgmental environment that welcomes creativity and humor allows room to heal and grow.
