Ashley Diehl, LMHC
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, specializing in both individual and group therapy settings. I have therapeutic experience with teenagers, young adults and adults.
In an initial counseling session, you can expect to find a warm and inviting therapeutic setting. My goal is to create a safe environment to build a mutual trust between myself and the client. I see a variety of clients who struggle with substance abuse addiction, depression, anxiety-related disorders, and adjustment related issues.
I believe in a holistic approach to therapy, utilizing many theories of practice including Client-Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing.
I received my Master of Arts in Counseling from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in 2017. I have primarily worked in non-profit counseling contexts. I also have experience working in substance abuse programs, clinical outpatient therapy, and residential case management.
